Three Steps

How It Works

From first question to a container on your property.

1

Tell Us What You Need

Use the form, call or text with your ZIP code, the container type and roughly when you need it.

2

Get Your Quote

The delivered price depends on the size, the grade and your delivery address in Minnesota. Your written quote includes delivery.

3

Delivered to Your Property

The driver sets the container at the spot you choose, such as a driveway, job site, field or yard, when the truck has the access and clearance it needs. Container One's Delivery/Dispatch department contacts you to schedule a date and time. Timing depends on your location, when payment is received, the weather and other factors.

Statewide Coverage

Container Delivery Across Minnesota

From the Twin Cities and the river bluffs of the southeast to the Iron Range and the Red River Valley, Container One arranges delivery wherever the truck has the access and clearance it needs.

If your delivery route includes a signed minimum-maintenance road, mention it in your quote request: Minnesota Statutes 160.095, subd. 1, requires those signs to warn that the public travels on the road at its own risk.

Quick Answers

Common Questions

It depends on where the container will sit. The State Building Code applies statewide, and Minnesota Rules 1300.0120 exempts one-story storage sheds of 200 square feet or less from a building permit, but zoning is set by the city, or by the county or township outside city limits. Ask the office that governs your address before you order.
As of October 14, 2026, yes: each standard size and grade was priced the same delivered to all three cities, from Container One's Minneapolis depot. Other addresses are quoted one at a time, and the written quote shows the delivered price for yours.
Yes. Container One says frozen ground is suitable for delivery if it provides enough traction. Clear snow from the full 10-foot width the truck needs and from the spot where the container will sit.
Plan to set it on your own property. Minneapolis requires an obstruction permit to block any part of a street, lane or sidewalk, St. Paul requires a Public Works permit for a container in the right-of-way, and Rochester requires an obstruction permit for anything placed in a street, sidewalk or alley.
